How to make our workplace safe for older generation(45 years old and above)?
I working in a company.Fully air conditioned.Recently theres a lot of injuries to staff aged above 40.I wonder what should i do to make my workplace better for these guys?
In my workplace you need to do certain physically tough job.
Theres more than enough rest time and pantries for them to relax.
