A-The amount of such benefits is directly charged by the employer and when one is injured at work and go to the hospital or get lab tests we send the invoice to ur employer if we did not have work comp ins ur carrier. (In return the carrier to obtain a working model for billing information or and the remaining (unpaid portion) was canceled at the contract. When billing a carrier work comp u must also provide documentation to prove the incident took place at work (eg a first report or full medical records or accident provided details from u / patient)
