uk claim How do I process the offers?
I had a car accident over 2 years due to a car stops in front of me, but I recently moved to New Zealand I think I should come back with an offer of the cons- average amount. Do you think I should make a cons-offer slightly above average for me to recover the money that I deserve or do you think it is simply the best against the offer of the recommended value? Hope this makes sense im not sure how a supply-cons work, etc. Thanks in advance
yes you should ask for more … its common for them to make an offer derisory … you have nothing to lose … you know that at least you will have the amount of the offer .. One of my nephews was involved in an accident .. On his bike … after a period of time He was offered £ 50 000 … he dismissed it … Now they talk almost double its value … then push a little harder …. hope you do well
