I had an accident at work, can I claim compensation?
I had an accident at work. I went to file some documents hence, there is a table near the workbooks, as I was walking to the workbook I do not see the boxes, as I have to go back to my office I turned and fell on my right, catching the edge of the table with my hand. There was a tingling sensation, but nothing serious. Well today I received the horrible stabbing pain in my hand and arm. I have been advised to report the incident I did and make a log of it. I was also advised to see my GP. I like to work, and the incident seriously affecting my ability to write at such speed. I am in my probationary period and my opinion is in December, should I apply for injury or not?
