My whiplash injury seems to be reoccuring?

I had a car crash about a year and a half ago. Had physio for 6 months and appeared to be alright. Recently I have been feeling pain more and more. Now though, whenever I put any tension on my right shoulder muscle, ie. lifting, pulling etc. it tightens up. I always have an ache there and it won’t go away. Someone has suggested physio again. Any ideas?

hiya, its more that its arthritis’s,that is what mine is,i was in a car crash 3 yrs ago,i had whiplash,know i have to wear a high plastic collar.but it does help,along with pain killers.and it gets worse as you get older.
