My boyfriend was in a road traffic accident in which he was a passenger in taxi.
He suffered whiplash and currently has a claim going through a solicitors.
He’s in the British army and has been told he is now being deferred for 6 months as a result of his injury. I was wondering if he could claim for loss of earnings for the 6 months he will be out of work??

If he doesn’t get paid for deferment then the taxi company is liable for paying all medical expenses and losses.
