personal injury claim for compensation
compensation for Personal injury?

Should i accept first offer of compensation?
I took my friends child to a in door soft play area and he received a laceration to his forehead from a bar that should of be padded. The company excepted liability and i had to take the child to there medical centre to be assessed. They stated the the child’s forehead will be scared for life.
Yesterday i received a email offering us £3200
and they stated; This offer is in full and final settlement of all heads of claim.
Should i except this offer? I have not used any solicitor to help.
If i refuse it how would i reply to the email i sent i.e how would i word it?
I would really appreciate any help and thankyou in advance
Ok i sent email refusing offer and they have offered £200 more………..mmm what now!

Actually calculating the amount of this kind of compensation is not easy because the price of the thing that is in question do not carry any kind of monetary value. Your math will not often match up with the insurance company’s math. You will always want to get paid as much as you can, and their desire will always be the opposite – to pay you as little as you can. I think you should collect more information about this matter and then go forward for claiming compensation.

Do you know your rights when it comes to personal injury compensation?
