In 2001 i was injured in a truck roll over and permanently injured my vertabre,in my back, The company refused to answer the authorities in regards to the injury,but the insurance company did after the official time for the company to fill a report,i am permantly disabled,is my claim still good,Is the company,insurance company still responsible.
Most states have a time limit when they’re on the hook for permanent disability and lost wages. You’re looking at what, 8 years later.
In most states, the time limit would have run out, and you’d now be getting your disability payments through Social Security.
