How will the American people react when citizens start going to prison for refusing to buy health insurance?
When Obama’s new health care plan go into effect the individual mandate law will go into place making it law that every citizen working will be required to purchase health insurance. not paying or refusing to pay will be a criminal act. the Obama administration is waiting until after reelection to announce that the refusal to pay will be criminally equal to tax evasion where you will be sent to prison.
will refusal to pay health insurance be as common as not paying child support or rare as not paying taxes time will decide but mark my word people will be going to prison
