I was wondering if I can I get compensation?
Basically I want to know if I can claim compensation for this … my mother accused of partners Asolter and he got hung in Cort. but it has now struck my work (I work with kids) saying am unfit to work with children and I'm violent … bearing in mind I have no criminal record. and I have a letter indicating that counsel leaned Cort. She also rang social services on me saying I threw my lil boy on the bed … but when my little boy was 6 weeks and Social services said that i threw on the bed three days ago 9 weeks. Pretty so its impossible because he was not even born and was in special care baby until he was 5 days old, so is there a chance i can claim compensation for all this? Oh, and my lawyer wrote him a letter warning her and basically I work and love if my shhhhh its tax well-2 … do not comment if you do not like my question.
Yes and no. The compensation is a loss. Have you lost something because of his acts alleged malice? For example. Have you fired from your job? Have you lost your child? Emotional stress is a hard together to win. Other things to think about. What will it cost to file a complaint against her. How much time will be spent building your case. Time spent at the courthouse. These are things you have to do. I can tell you this. A lawyer is not a case such as the extension. Are you willing to spend up to $ 2500 maybe getting nothing?
