
Norwich Union have lost the services of the car of my story. Can I claim compensation and who should I contact?
Norwich Union settled an auto insurance claim for me, but in the process of loss in the history of my car full service. After numerous calls telephone over a period of several months, and being constantly told the issue was under discussion, they finally admitted the loss and also that the situation was unacceptable, being only able to provide me with photocopies of the originals. Their claims department suggested that I take the matter further, and said a member of their customer relations team to contact me. To date, nearly two months later, I have nothing heard of them. The service history has been extended and linked to an antique vehicle with exceptional companies in the United Kingdom are regulated by the Office of Financial Ombudsman.
