Am I right to seek compensation from the Industry Safety Authority to put myself through this?
Recently, I had to reapply to renew my work permit in industry.prior security that I had no problem do. AIS contacted me 5 weeks ago and my license revoked. This is due to scanning the wrong record criminal MLS for someone else on my CRB. Because of what I had to stop working and I have a disability of post traumatic stress disorder Stress and anxiety reactivated my state. The SIA recognized their error and gave me a license but I had to endure a torrid time as a result of this feeling and apology from the MLS is not good enough. I am not a person who would normally be an action that situation was forced on me and he has had a profound detrimental impact on my life. Would it be to my advantage to explore to raise the issue of compensation. Any advice would be most welcome. I thanks.
I doubt that Baroness Ruth [£ 250 000 employees] will be in the MLS dictator slightest bit interested in your or my forced out of AIG redundancy. I feel so sorry for you, and only wish I could give some concrete advice – but all I can think of is to call the CAB [Citizens Advice Centre] and ask them. I used them once, and they were very helpful, honest and patient. But do not you call and make appointment with them beforehand. Moreover, they rejected my photo for the undergraduate years ago, and I accidentally turned the unacceptable one back to them – and they happened? The entire organization is created on lies of the government to improve the private security – hogwash – I bet the government and / or their families have shares in the first five security companies! – The only ones who will win. There is a forum on the source link below, where you can sign-on, and ask questions, this might be an idea to you? I wish you all the best, take care mate.
