Can I get compensation from Wal Mart?
I was in a Wal Mart and an employee dropped a folding chair on me. I had pain for four days now and went to the doctor. I filled out an accident report on the store. Should I call Wal Mart and ask or do I need a lawyer?
I think the only way you need a lawyer if you substained a serious injury from President dropped .. It is a very good thing that you have filed an accident report and went to the doctor because if it comes down to it, you can take these documents with you to court. Call Wal-Mart and see what they will do about the incident if anything .. Arguably it was an accident or that the employee was fired. I doubt they would actually do it on purpose, but in a store full customers and small children, care must be taken more seriously. business case with such a large chain like Wal-Mart can be quite if you are really serious about possibly taking it to court to seek formal legal advice. Call for free all over to different companies and get their opinion (in general it costs nothing to check around) It is kind of like getting a second opinion across the board.
