serious car accident (not at fault), but no car insurance what can happen?
My father was in a serious car accident (Victoria, Australia) where it was not a defect, he suffered serious injuries and surgery, there is a possibility that may not be able to walk again. He has no car insurance. This will affect there likely to be compensated?
